Our cooking classes feature area chefs, a superb menu easy to replicate at home and perfectly paired wines throughout the evening. Our demonstration kitchen environment is enjoyable, comfortable and quaint!

It is like no other in the city . . . Rookwood fireplaces, dining room chairs/tables, tabletopping ideas . . . We invite you to join us and experience The Art of Entertaining first hand!

The Art of Entertaining offers two levels of participation: Demonstration and Hands On. Each class description contained on this site will clearly identify those which are Demonstration and those which are Hands On in format.

1. Demonstration Cooking: The first type of class is designed primarily to provide a demonstration format with whole group instruction from the host chef.

2. Hands On Classes: Our hands on classes are noted throughout the schedule as limited to 16 participants, allowing for 100% participation by everyone in attendance. If you are interested in rolling up your sleeves and becoming a sous chef for the evening, the opportunity awaits you in our Hands On Class sessions.

  • Generous Samplings of Each Menu Item

Additional Savings:  15% of all retail products the day/evening of the class.

This is the best party ever!  Amaze your friends with the craziest ‘tabletop-scape’ they have ever seen at a playoff or Super Bowl party, and we’ll show you how.
The buffet design will make them smile and the food will amaze them. 

The Art of Entertaining welcomes Beer Dave back to walk us through beer pairings and tastings with this amazing menu.   The chili recipe this evening is worth the price of admission and to boot, you’ll learn the tips and tricks on infusing your own vodka with wasabi to make the best Bloody Mary on the planet.
